Automatic Combination Scale Weighing and Cartoning System
The system is consists of products elevator, combination scale, container conveyor system, boxing line etc. It’s mainly used for sorting, lifting, weighing, and boxing of fruits, vegetables, cookies, snacks, candies, and hardware products. It can be equipped with automatic box unloading, conveyor, labelling machine, inkjet printer and palletizing to realize automatic production line.
Working principle:
The material is put into the storage hopper of the S-shape Chain Plate Elevator through the front-end process, and sent to the combination scale through the elevator, and discharged to the collection hopper after being combined to reach the target weight. The carton is manually put into the bag by the front end. When the photoelectric eye detects the carton, the carton block cylinder acts, box clamping cylinder will intercept the box behind. The action of lifting discharge hopper extends the filling hopper into the carton, and the PLC requests the combination scale to discharge the material, vibrates the box, and the cylinder moves to assist in filling the material. After completion, the carton vibration cylinder stops, the lifting resets, the carton block cylinder is released, and the carton clamping cylinder is released to fill the next carton of materials.
