This bulk powder packaging line is mainly designed for ultra-fine powders that is easy to raise dust and high-precision packaging requirements, the whole line including horizontal spiral mixer, working platform, products storage hopper, screw elevator, the automatic gravimetric auger filler, belt conveyor, sewing machine, bag shaping machine, metal detector and conveyor system.
The gravimetric auger filling machine completes two-speed filling, weighing and lifting according to the signal given by the weight sensor installed under the container. It is suitable for packaging additives, toner, dry powder and other ultra-fine powders.
