The fully automatic gravimetric filling machine is composed of: automatic bucket feeding line, positioning device,automatic weighing, automatic filling and capping, etc.
When the bucket is transported to the roller conveyor line of the automatic filling machine, the bucket divider will automatically separate the distance of the bucket, the filling positioning will automatically block the bucket to the filling position, and the filling nozzle will automatically open the fast and slow feeding valve until get the set target amount, and at this time will automatically close the corresponding valve.When the filling of the bucket at the filling station is completed, the bucket is automatically discharged, and the empty bucket is also synchronouslysupplied to the filling station. As long as there are buckets and materials, the back line is not blocked and it will continue to work repeatedly.
