The whole liquid bottle filling and capping line including bottles infeed turntable, auto gravity filling machine, auto inner plug press machine, auto capping machine, caps elevator, induction seal and labeling machine, working table and conveying system. It’s widely applied for corrosive pesticides, fertilizer, biochemical industry, medicine, food sauce etc.

The whole gravity filling machine is in-line structure. It adopts the metering and filling principle of keeping liquid level constant (constant speed) and timing mode, and realizes the precise filling. PLC control, touch-type man-machine interface, easy and intuitive operation of the whole machine.
