The main feature of high-level palletizing is fast speed, and the production capacity can generally reach more than 1,500 packages/hour. The working principle is to rely on pushing packages and extruding side plates to squeeze several packages of materials on each layer as flat as possible and push packages until they are seamless, there is a pressure plate on it for compaction and flattening, and then the pumping plate is opened for discharging. The palletizing effect is neater than that of robots. However, compared with robot palletizing, high-level palletizing takes up a larger area and requires factory space.

 

Although high-level palletizing is large and has a wide variety of parts, it is not difficult to maintain. Although it is heavy-duty equipment, due to its simple action logic and few movements, it basically does not malfunction and has the advantage of long-term stable operation.
